Booking Process

Does Hamanti require auto insurance?

All local renters must have basic liability coverage to be approved for rentals

All tourists and international drivers will have an option to purchase insurance through Hamanti

What types of Vehicles are available?

We offer a wide range of vehicles for long and short-term use including:
-5 passenger cars and compact SUVs
-7 passengers SUVs and minivan

How Do I book with Hamanti?

You can rent a car with us by either calling, emailing or using our website booking platform

How far in advance do I need to book my car?

All bookings require 24 hour prior to pickup

How do I pick up my rental?

-Airport: Valet or Parking Structure (24Hours)
-Valet: Airport or Casino Valet (24Hours)
-Casino: Casino of your Choice (24Hours)
-Hamanti Office: (24Hours)
-We also offer pickup and drop off from the airport during business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM)
-Or you can pick up a vehicle located closest to you using GEO location 

We do offer this option at a fixed daily price?

Additional drivers have to present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental

International drivers?

We accept any driver’s license from any country

What is your Age Requirement?

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21.

Can I use cash or debit card?

Yes, If visiting Las Vegas, you will be required to provide a copy of itinerary of your return flight

- Yes, Vegas  residents will need to provide a copy of a current utility bill, paystub or employment verification and liability insurance

Do you offer cash deposit car rentals?

Yes, you can rent a vehicle from us using cash deposit (Certain requirement apply).

 

How much is your cash deposit?”

Our refundable deposit can range from $200-$500 depending on paperwork submitted.

-Visitors with a return flight itinerary will only have a $200 deposit that will be refunded when the vehicle is returned.

Do you do credit check?

No. Hamanti does not run credit check.

Do you offer long term rentals?

Yes, We offer weekly and monthly rates at discounted price.

Do you offer unlimited miles?

Yes, We offer weekly and monthly rat-Tourists have unlimited miles of traveling
-Nevada Residents have 100 miles per day limit. You can purchase unlimited miles at a discounted price

Do you have extra charge for fuel?

Yes. Car has to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was checked out.

Do you offer accessories with your rental?

Yes. We offer child seats and GPS.

Do you offer one way drop off?

Yes. We offer one way trips from Las Vegas to Anaheim or San Diego (CA).

Do you offer additional driver?

Yes, we require additional drivers to submit their identification in order to be covered on the rental contract.

Pricing

What’s the price for renting a car?

After receiving your booking information, Hamanti will promptly send you a detailed rental agreement with pricing.

Does Hamanti offer discounts or incentives to customers?

Absolutely. We offer incentives to customers which can be obtained via our website, SMS, or our emailing list.

Is Hamanti Cheaper than other car rental companies?

At Hamanti we are committed to offering you the best quality vehicles and service at competitive rates.

What accepted payment method?

Cash, Credit card, Debit card, Bank Transfers, (Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle), and Direct bank deposit. 

Customer Care

I forgot something in my rental, what do I do?

Please call our office and we will promptly return the item to you if it is found in the vehicle.

My Itinerary has unexpectedly changed, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service department to notify us of your change of plans. We will make the proper adjustments to your rental contract.

Other Questions

Are there any penalties for cancellation of a booking?

-Cancellation of booking 24 hours prior to vehicle booking time/date is free.
-Cancellation of booking 12 hours prior to vehicle booking time/date will result in penalty of 50% of the deposit.
-Cancellation of booking less than 12 hours prior to booking time/date will result in a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
-In order to cancel an existing reservation before due date a fee of $10 per day will applied to all bookings. Please contact our office during business hours to cancel your booking.

What condition will my rental be in?

Hamanti offers lightly used vehicles that have adhered to a strict maintenance schedule. Our vehicles are inspected daily before serving you to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers.

Is my rental Insured?

Yes. All vehicles in service are insured in accordance to the law. Nevada residents will be required to provide a copy of their own liability coverage. Visitors and international drivers will have the option to purchase our Collision Waiver Damage

Is smoking allowed in vehicles?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
